The five - floor project consists of two cases and has 64 apartments and 64 parking places at the underground garage.The ground area of 4862 square meters located in microdistrict of Riga - Purvciems in a quarter consluded between Dzelzavas, A.Deglava and G.Astras street.
It is central part of Purvciems with buildings of charecteristic type.To reach the given palce from the center is possible by public transport for 20 minutes and by car for 10-15 minutes.
