Property reconstruction

Saules Nams, first residential project of Saules dzīve, was created by reconstructing an old undeveloped building. Thus we obtained knowledge and experience useful for other projects.

Above all, reconstruction process requires the right definition of building usage concept, careful redevelopment, intelligent evaluation of supporting construction quality and integrity, smart choice of engineering solutions for untenantable unit demolition and necessary unit reinforcement, and finally – qualified contractors to face the matter out. Several years of successful Saules Nams operation showed that the solution was found.
